499de Responsible Gaming —
Keep the fun from becoming a problem
Let gaming be a source of enjoyment, not stress. 499de is committed to standing by you at all times to ensure safe and healthy entertainment.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment. Slots, live casino, cricket betting, or fishing games at 499de can be an enjoyable experience when played with the right mindset and within set limits. However, losing control can lead to personal, family, or financial problems.
Responsible gaming means setting your own limits, sticking to them, and asking for help when needed. 499de believes that entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is experienced with awareness.
Remember: Gaming is not a way to recover losses. Never increase your bets in the hope of winning back money you have lost. The outcome of every game is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.
Signs of Problem Gaming
Ask yourself — if any of the following apply to you, stop and seek help.
- Are you playing beyond your budget and feeling regret afterwards?
- Are you placing bigger bets to try to win back money you have lost?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Are you prioritising gaming over work, studies, or relationships?
- Do you feel restless or anxious when you are not playing?
- Are you betting with money meant for essential expenses?
- Have repeated attempts to stop gaming been unsuccessful?
If the answer is "Yes": Please use the self-exclusion or time-out tools below, or contact our support team directly. You are not alone.
499de Safety Tools
We give you full control over your own gaming experience. These tools can be used at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, it will not be possible to deposit beyond that limit. Requests to increase the limit may take some time to be approved.
Time-Out
Need a break for a while? You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to 30 days. Logging in will not be possible during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to step away from gaming for the long term, choose self-exclusion. Once applied, your account will be fully closed for a specified period, and no promotional messages will be sent during that time.
Session History
You can view a complete history of your gaming sessions, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Understanding your own spending patterns makes it easier to make informed decisions.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Keeping these simple guidelines in mind while enjoying 499de will ensure that gaming remains enjoyable at all times.
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a time limit. Avoid playing for long stretches in one go and take breaks in between.
- Always keep in mind that gaming is for entertainment, not a source of income.
- Avoid playing when you are under stress, feeling down, or upset. Decisions made on emotion are often harmful.
- Spend time with family and friends and maintain your relationships. Do not let gaming take the place of those connections.
- Never bet with borrowed money or money taken on loan. This can lead to serious financial hardship.
- Know when to stop, even during a winning streak. Greed often leads to losses in the end.
Protection of Minors
499de firmly believes that online gaming and betting is for adults only. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to use the platform.
Advice for parents: Use parental control software on your computer or device. Keep your 499de account password away from minors. If you have any suspicion, contact us immediately.
Age verification steps are taken at the time of account registration. If there is any suspicion that an account is being used by a minor, we reserve the right to close that account immediately.
