5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Multiply the bonus amount by 15 to get the total wagering requirement. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 Bonus Policy
Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account or household. If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled. Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated separately where applicable.
